On June 23, 2015, Bailey & Ehrenberg attorneys Noah Peters and Jason Ehrenberg prevailed in defeating dismissal of our client’s employment discrimination and retaliation complaint in Maryland federal court in Suggs v. 7-Eleven. In a detailed 37-page memorandum opinion, the court rejected each of the arguments raised by the defendant (7-Eleven), while also granting our client’s motion to file an amended complaint.
